Caribbean Apprenticeship Application

The first step in joining Sea to Sky’s Caribbean Apprenticeship Program, is completing our application form here. Please make sure you do meet all the criteria outlined on the program page here before applying.

We will get back to you one way or another, as soon as we can- we’re away sailing A LOT, so it might take a few days.

Successful applicants will make it to the next phase, where we will send more details on the program and then schedule a video call for a full interview, get to know each other, answer any questions on either side, and hopefully make sure we’re all a good fit.

Finally, the selected apprentice will be notified, we will have a signed contract together and we’ll get the logistics sorted out for the trial phase starting in November 2026.
