Are you looking to check a long list of city sights off a list? Then this sailing day trip is probably not for you. The sights we'll be checking out aren't on the usual bucket lists. We'll be looking at spectacular mountain ranges, sunlight dancing on the waters of Howe Sound and English Bay, spray arching up off our bow as our yacht slices through the waves... and if we're lucky we might also see porpoises, orcas, seals, otters, eagles, herons and other iconic BC wildlife.
But a sailing day trip is more about what you'll experience than what you'll see. You'll have the chance to learn a bit about sailing from our experienced local skippers who are also certified International Yacht Training instructors. You'll work together as a team with the rest of the crew to get our sailing yacht Paragon cruising comfortably with the wind and waves.
So if you're looking for an escape from the city, a chance to experience the Pacific Northwest coast from a different angle, and an opportunity to veer off the beaten path with other like-minded explorers... welcome aboard!

Our adventure cruises start and end at our home port in West Vancouver at 5750 Eagle Harbour Road, accessible by car, public transit and bicycle. This offers a convenient escape from the city and into some of the region's best sailing areas!
By Public Transit
Bus #250 between downtown Vancouver and Horseshoe Bay offers access with a stop at Cranley Drive / Eagle Harbour Road. 5 minute walk down Eagle Harbour Road from the bus stop to the marina.
Free parking on the street around the corner from the club lot. Please do not park in the private parking lot as it is reserved for members and you will be towed.
Marine Drive is a popular cycle route although does not have much of a shoulder on many parts of the road. There are plenty of secure locations to lock your bicycle while sailing.
Join us for one of our Learn to Sail courses to really nail down the practical knowledge around sailing so you can work your way up to longer and more demanding cruises. We also offer 3, 5 or 7 day cruises to take you farther afield. Or you can join us for an exciting racing event!
